2005-2024 Superduty Radius Arm System (ICO64041)

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Radius Arm System for the 2005-2022 Ford F-250, F-350, and F-450 Super Duty 4WD is a heavy-duty upgrade designed to improve strength, tire clearance, and suspension geometry. These radius arms replace the factory units with a much stronger, fully boxed fabricated steel design. They are specifically engineered to provide better clearance for large tires at full steering lock and include integrated caster adjustment to ensure your truck maintains excellent straight-line tracking after a lift is installed.

• Adjustable Caster Cams: Features built-in caster adjustment that allows for a perfect alignment on trucks from stock height up to 3 inches of lift without needing additional caster bushings.
• Improved Tire Clearance: The arm's profile is optimized to allow 37-inch tall tires to clear at full steering lock, even with wheels having up to 5.5 inches of backspacing.
• Sealed Pivot Bushings: Equipped with high-quality, maintenance-free sealed bushings that minimize road noise and vibration while providing a long service life.
• Fully Boxed Construction: CNC-machined and laser-cut steel is used to create a boxed design that is significantly stronger than the factory stamped-steel arms.
• Versatile Lift Compatibility: Designed to work in the factory pivot for 0-3" lifts, or in conjunction with ICON drop brackets for lifts ranging from 4 to 7 inches.
