Returns & Refunds – Dirty Garage
We stand behind the products we sell and want you to feel confident shopping with Dirty Garage. If you need to return an item, please review the policy below.
Return Window
- Returns are accepted on unopened and uninstalled products within 60 days of delivery.
- After 60 days, products are ineligible for refund or exchange.
Restocking Fees
- Within 30 days: 10% restocking fee on returns and cancellations. Option to receive full in-store credit with no fee.
- 31–60 days: 20% restocking fee on returns and cancellations.
- Beyond 60 days: Returns are not accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
- Special order or powder-coated products
- Custom tuning files, electronics, or tuners (once opened or VIN-locked)
- Installed parts (unless proven defective)
- Custom-built or personalized products
- Items returned with damage, missing components, or signs of alteration
Return Process
- Complete our Return Request Form (email sales@dirtygarage.com).
- Ship the product back to us with tracking (return shipping is the customer’s responsibility).
- Clearly write your order number on the outside of the box.
- Send the product back in its original packaging.
- After inspection, approved refunds or credits will be issued.

Important Notes
- Shipping and freight charges are non-refundable.
- Dirty Garage does not cover labour, installation, or shop costs.
- Products must be received in resalable condition; otherwise, a refund may be refused.
