Where We Ship
Dirty Garage ships orders across Canada, the United States, and internationally. Our free shipping offer applies to most destinations in Canada and the United States as outlined below.
Important: We do not ship products related to emissions deletes across the border (e.g., exhaust systems configured for deletes, EGR delete kits, delete pipes). Orders for these products placed from outside Canada will be cancelled and refunded.
Shipping Carriers
We select the most reliable carrier and service available at the time of shipment, typically UPS, Canada Post, FedEx, or Purolator. We do not use sub-standard methods to cut costs.
- Most customers receive their parts within 2–3 business days after dispatch.
- All orders include a tracking number once shipped.
- If there is a delay or an item is backordered, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Rates
Canada
- Free shipping on orders over $300 CAD (exclusions apply for heavy/oversize freight).
- Orders under $300 CAD ship at a flat rate of $12
- Remote regions (NWT, NU, YT): please contact us for a quote.
- Additional freight may apply to PE, NS, NL, and NB.
- Note: Any shipping or freight fees are non-refundable.
United States
- Free shipping to most States on orders over $300 USD (exclusions apply for heavy/oversize freight).
- Orders under $300 USD ship to most States at a flat rate of $12.
- For Shipping to Hawaii, Orders under $300 will be $75. Orders over $300 will be $95.
- Customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the customer’s responsibility.
- Note: Any shipping or freight fees are non-refundable.
- If you choose to refuse delivery due to import fees, the shipment will be returned to us. In such cases, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
International Orders
- International shipping rates vary. Please contact us for a quote before ordering.
- All duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility.
- Note: Any shipping or freight fees are non-refundable.
Free Shipping Limitations
Free and flat-rate shipping do not apply to unusually heavy, oversized, or freight-only items. Examples include (but are not limited to): exhaust systems, transmissions, torque converters, clutches, cylinder heads, complete lift kits, and other large or high-weight products.
- Products that require additional freight charges will be labeled on the product page when possible.
- If extra freight is required after checkout, we will contact you with options before shipping.
- Contact us prior to ordering if you would like a freight quote. We pass along our discounted carrier rates whenever possible.
Shipping Insurance
Optional shipping insurance is available at checkout to protect against loss, theft, or damage in transit. If an insured issue occurs, contact our support team with your order number and photos (if applicable) so we can assist promptly.
Processing Time
- In-stock items typically ship within 24–72 hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. PST.
- Transit times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- If an item is out of stock or delayed, we will notify you with the best available ETA.

Order Changes, Address Accuracy, and Cancellations
- Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.
- Once an order has shipped, we cannot reroute packages or change delivery addresses.
- Orders cancelled after dispatch will be treated as returns (see Return Policy) and may incur restocking and return shipping charges.
Damaged or Missing Items
- Inspect packages upon delivery. If damage is visible, note it with the carrier and photograph the packaging and product.
- Report damage or shortages to us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with a claim.
