The BD Diesel Xtrude Transmission Cooler with Fan is a complete kit engineered for superior cooling performance, providing 22% more cooling over other designs. The cooler core features 200 Micro Extruded passages that create a large surface area to efficiently transfer heat for external airflow cooling. Its turbulent oil flow design promotes a more complete and effective cooling process. The cooler utilizes large 5/8-inch ports to prevent inlet/outlet restriction, and its furnace brazed rails have been rigorously tested to withstand 300psi of pressure. Ultimate automatic oil temperature control is achieved with a thermostatically controlled 80-watt, 10-inch, 800 CFM electric fan. This combination achieves a rating of 33,930 BTU/HR and is rated for in excess of 30,000 GVW. The complete package includes all necessary fittings, clamps, hoses, and hardware, as well as a Build-It-Yourself galvanized bracket kit for quicker and cleaner installation. A pre-wired loomed harness with fuse and relay comes with OEM style sealed connectors to resist elements and ensure a factory-like installation look.
