How dealer drop-ship orders work
Most Dirty Garage products ship directly from the manufacturer or distributor to you. On each product page, signed-in dealers see a Ships From picker that shows where the part is in stock and our best estimate of when it ships. Pick the location that works for you and the order routes there automatically.
- The estimate is based on the stock and lead times our suppliers report to us. It is a best estimate, not a guarantee. If you are in a pinch, email or call before you order and we will confirm stock with the supplier.
- If a supplier turns out to be short after you order, we contact you with the next-best option before anything ships.
- Orders with parts from more than one location arrive in more than one shipment, each with its own tracking number.
Dealer shipping
- Dealer orders in Canada and the lower 48 states ship at a flat $27.99 per order (CAD in Canada, USD in the US) for general shipping.
- Heavy freight, wheels, northern or remote Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and international orders are priced separately. We may send an updated invoice for the shipping difference, or you can ask for a freight quote before you order.
- Shipping and freight charges are non-refundable.
Returns, cores and warranty
Dealer orders follow the same shipping and returns, core charge and warranty terms as retail orders. Email us with the order number before sending anything back.
