Manufacturer Warranty
All items, unless otherwise stated, carry their full manufacturer's warranty. This warranty is claimed and processed by the manufacturer of the product. If you're having trouble with the warranty process, reach out through our Contact Us page and we'd be happy to help you through it.
Please note: Dirty Garage does not cover or reimburse any labour time, installation fees, or related costs associated with a warranty claim. The only exception applies if the manufacturer of the product provides a labour refund policy. In such cases, reimbursement will be issued solely at the manufacturer's discretion and in accordance with their policy.

Submit your claim using the form below. Once we have your details, we file the claim directly with the product manufacturer on your behalf and keep you in the loop on their decision. Expect an initial response from our team within 1 to 2 business days. Manufacturer review timelines vary by brand, so total turnaround depends on how quickly they process the claim.
