Up front the lift kit includes Glide-Ride coil springs, extended sway bar links, and a transfer case drop to maintain proper driveline angles.

In the rear the kit utilizes a long thin add-a-leaf to add height without creating a harsh ride and a 5/8 inch lift block to level out the Jeep. These kits are rounded out with your choice of specially tuned NX2 nitro series gas shocks or FOX 2.0 Internal Floating Piston performance series gas shocks to offer improved damper performance.

Pro-Ride Coil Springs

A pair of full-length, Jeep-specific, Pro-Ride coil springs are supplied to provide the correct lift height and smooth, predictable ride across various terrains. Manufactured from high tensile steel, our direct OE replacement coil springs are engineered with properly sized wire diameter. This results in maximum reliability without premature coil bind.

Rear Axle Option Chrysler 8.25

The Jeep Cherokee was produced with two different rear axles (Chrysler 8.25 or Dana 35). You will need to measure your rear u-bolts to ensure that you get the correct new u-bolts. Basically, just measure the diameter of the axle or the I.D. of your rear u-bolts.

Chrysler axles require 3 inch wide u-bolts and Dana 35 axles require 2-3/4 inch wide u-bolts. Some 1987-90 models came with a Dana 44. Measure and call BDS for proper u-bolt fitment.
