Sway Bar Options

Needed to complete this build — skip only if your truck already has one installed. When pairing added down-travel with the taller ride height, the position of the factory sway bar will need to be altered. For this, we offer extended Sway Bar End Links equipped with ½” FK Rod-Ends and in-house machined 17-4 stainless bodies that are extended over stock to reset the sway bar engagement point. Factory pillow-bushings are re-used to assemble the sway bar to the lengthened link.

Rear Leaf Options

Needed to complete this build — skip only if your truck already has one installed. The Backcountry System has been optimized for use with the Full Progressive Leaf Springs. This system is also compatible with the Progressive Add-a-Packs but there will be a notable ride quality difference on and off-road. Selecting "NO Rear Leaf Spring Selection" will result in an unknown ride quality and height result as all Carli Systems are optimized to either the Add-a-Pack or Progressive Leaf Springs.

Control Arm Option

We offer two sets of control arms, identical in construction but differing in bolt size to accommodate the year split in the 2nd Gens. Pushing the axle to the new, centered position in the wheel-well following the lift - these allow for up to a 35" tire with minor trimming. +18mm Offset is recommended for optimal tire fitment.

Description

The perfect lift kit for those wanting optimal performance on highways and off-road, this Backcountry lift kit includes Carli custom-tuned 2.0 remote reservoir shocks built with 6063 Aluminum, 5/8" hardened steel chrome plated shaft, and 6061 billet rod ends with 1-piece bushings. Multi-Rate Coil Springs provide a slightly softer, more compliant ride at low compression, and become firmer as more force is applied.
