2001-2010 GM HD 4.5" FOX 2.5 Performance Conversion Kit (BDS740FDSC)

This BDS 4.5" lift kit with FOX 2.5 Coil-Over conversion raises the bar on your 2001-2010 Chevy Silverado / GMC Sierra 2500 HD, with clearance for up to 33" tires. Up front it runs FOX 2.5 coil-overs, heavy duty tubular upper control arms, high-arched 1/4" steel crossmembers, multipiece differential relocation brackets, HD skid plates and CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles, plus sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets and CV spacers. The rear offers replacement lift block or full Glide-Ride leaf spring options, new u-bolts and FOX 2.0 Performance shocks. The bolt-on FOX 2.5 remote-reservoir coil-overs are race-proven and tuned out of the box.

Notes

• Torsion bar tool required to load/unload the torsion bars.
• Some welding required.
• Requires frame bracket modification and differential mount modification.
• Traction bars will not fit standard cab/short box models and are designed to work on vehicles with 4 inch to 8 inch of lift.
• 20 inch wheels with 5 inch to 5.75 inch backspacing recommended to reduce trimming.
• Narrow track knuckle will slightly increase turning radius.
• For a tail-high stance use #119157 add-a-leaf with the block kit, or 069207 with the leaf spring kit.
• Not recommended for Suburban / Yukon models with AutoTrac Transfer Case.
• Does NOT work with rear Autoride equipped SUVs.
