2001-2010 GM HD / GM 1500 7" Lift Kit with FOX 2.0 Performance Shocks (BDS1818FS)

BDS Suspension built this lift kit to set your 2001-2010 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500 HD 4WD up right with 7" of lift and clears up to 35" tires. It comes with everything to do the job: a no-torsion-bar-drop high-clearance crossmember and skid plate system, CNC-machined steering knuckles, a forged drop pitman arm and track bar bracket up front, rear lift blocks or optional full replacement leaf springs out back, and a matched set of FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks.

The No Torsion Bar Drop design mounts the torsion bars to the top of the lower a-arm for maximum ground clearance, and the kit corrects steering and suspension geometry to keep on-road handling factory-smooth. It's offered with a standard knuckle that widens track width or a narrow track knuckle that cuts the track change by about 1.5".

Notes

• Torsion Bar tool required to load/unload the torsion bars.
• Some welding is required.
• Requires frame bracket modification and differential mount modification.
• Traction bars will NOT fit standard cab/short box models and are designed to work on vehicles with 4 Inch to 8 Inch of lift. Will NOT work on long bed models.
• 20 Inch wheels with 5 Inch to 5-3/4 Inch backspacing are recommended to reduce trimming.
• Gas models require exhaust modification.
• The narrow track knuckle will slightly increase the turning radius.
• For tail high stance use #119157 add-a-leaf with the block kit or #069207 with the leaf spring kit.
• Dually applications will require custom u-bolts.
• Leaf spring option does not work with the SUV's.
