2001-2010 GM HD 6.5" FOX 2.5 Performance Conversion Kit (BDS738FDSC)

BDS raises the bar on your 2001-2010 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500 HD with this 6.5" suspension lift kit and FOX 2.5 Coil-Over conversion, with clearance for up to 35" tires. The high-clearance design improves ground clearance, strength, and offroad protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry. Up front it uses FOX 2.5 coil-over shocks, heavy duty tubular upper control arms (1.5" OD x .120-wall with indexed ball joint cup and greaseable ball joints), 1/4" thick high-arched steel crossmembers, multipiece differential relocation brackets, and heavy duty skid plates, with CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles, sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, and CV spacers. The rear offers replacement lift block or full Glide-Ride leaf spring options, new u-bolts, and FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks.

• Torsion bar tool required to load/unload the torsion bars.
• Some welding required.
• Requires frame bracket modification and differential mount modification.
• Traction bars will not fit standard cab/short box models and are designed to work on vehicles with 4 inch to 8 inch of lift.
• 20 inch wheels with 5 inch to 5.75 inch backspacing recommended to reduce trimming.
• Not recommended for Suburban / Yukon models with AutoTrac Transfer Case.
• Does NOT work with rear Autoride equipped SUVs.
