2003-2007 Ram HD / Ram 1500 6" Long Arm Conversion Kit with FOX 2.0 Performance Shocks (BDS662FS)

BDS Suspension 6" long-arm conversion lift kit for the 2003-2007 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 gas-powered truck, with clearance for up to 37" tires. Long tubular lower control arms reduce caster change through wheel travel for a more controlled feel and retain factory arm triangulation for stability. Up front it runs gas-specific progressive-rate Pro-Ride coil springs, all four control arms, a forged drop pitman arm and track bar bracket for steering correction, bump stops, and sway bar links. The rear uses heavy duty cast steel blocks, longer u-bolts, and a matched set of FOX 2.0 Performance shocks.

Notes

• Measure rear axle tube before ordering. Some 4 inch axle models with dual overloads will require u-bolt 4068.
• Power Wagon applications require sway bar link kit 122401. The Power Wagon has a 2 inch taller ride height, so net lift gain will be 4 inch.
• If driveline vibration occurs, order transfer case index kit 122801 or 122802.
• If your Truck has had the steering gear box changed and the sector shaft diameter measures 1-1/2 inch-1-5/8 inch you will need to add part BDS082404 to your kit.
