2007-2018 Wrangler JK HD Steering Kit with Stabilizer Clamp and Stud (8025-10)

Description

A direct bolt in replacement for the factory JK steering that delivers an immediate upgrade in feel, stiffness, and strength. This 8025-10 kit adds a steering stabilizer clamp and mount stud so you can add your choice of steering stabilizer, on top of a heat treated 1.5 inch 4130 chromoly tie rod, DOM drag link, and Synergy single plane tie rod ends.

• Drag link bolts into the factory mounts or can be relocated to the top of the steering knuckle for a high steer setup using the included flip adapter
• Drag link made from 1.5" x .250 wall DOM tubing
• Tie rod made from 1.5" x .188 wall 4130 chromoly, heat treated for over 200 percent more strength than stock
• Synergy HD metal on metal tie rod ends with grease fittings and replaceable dust boots, single plane at the pitman arm side to eliminate drag link flop
• Synergy Double Adjuster Sleeve allows length adjustment without removing the bar from the vehicle
• Abrasion resistant powder coat finish for durability and corrosion resistance
• 100 percent bolt on installation with basic hand tools
• Includes a steering stabilizer clamp and mount stud to add your choice of stabilizer

Notes

• Drag link is used in the stock location for up to 3 inches of lift. For 3 to 6 inches of lift the drag link should be flipped for a high steer setup
• High steer setup requires relocating the drag link to the top of the steering knuckle and a raised front axle side track bar relocation bracket (Synergy 8055, 8012-13, or 8009-01)
• Compatible with right hand drive applications
• Tie rod or flipped drag link requires a 16 inch or larger wheel with a maximum 4 3/4 inch backspacing; 4 1/2 inch backspacing recommended
