This traction bar kit utilizes 2-inch OD by 3/16-inch wall steel tubing with a threaded bung welded near the axle and a CNC-machined frame end. The axle mount features BDS's large forged flex end with a jam nut and a one-piece flex ball capable of accommodating up to 15 degrees of misalignment, ensuring a durable, bind-free experience. The frame end includes a durometer-specific polyurethane bushing and uses dual-stage internal compression springs with UHMW polyurethane bearings to provide smooth axle wrap control. This full-floating design ensures the traction bar does not hinder suspension articulation, making it suitable for various lift heights.
