Fabricated from 2-inch outer diameter steel tubing with a 3/16-inch wall thickness, it includes a CNC-machined end at the frame and a threaded bung welded near the axle. The axle mount utilizes BDS’s large forged flex end and jam nut, capable of handling up to 15 degrees of misalignment in either direction thanks to its forged housing and flex ball design.

The frame end incorporates a specially selected polyurethane bushing and free-floating design with internal springs and UHMW polyurethane bearings to provide durable, bind-free operation throughout the entire range of wheel travel and suspension articulation.
