2008-2008 Ram HD 8" Long Arm Conversion Kit with FOX 2.0 Performance Shocks (BDS684FS)

BDS Suspension 8" long-arm conversion lift kit for the 2008 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 diesel-powered truck, with clearance for up to 38" tires. Long tubular lower control arms reduce caster change through wheel travel for a more controlled feel and retain factory arm triangulation for stability. Up front it runs diesel-specific progressive-rate Pro-Ride coil springs, all four control arms, a forged drop pitman arm and track bar bracket for steering correction, bump stops, and sway bar links. The rear uses heavy duty cast steel blocks, longer u-bolts, and a matched set of FOX 2.0 Performance shocks.

Notes

• Measure rear axle tube before ordering. Some 4 inch axle models with dual overloads will require UBT4068.
• Rear lift options will not fit dually applications.
• If driveline vibration occurs, order either transfer case drop. NOTE: 122606 transfer case drop kit will only replace the OE bracket 52121938AA
• Additional front driveline modification may be required.
• Exhaust modification will be required for dual rear shock kit 122009.
• 2500 Gas models will require modification to the front exhaust crossover pipe on driver side for proper clearance when a transfer case indexing ring kit is installed
• If your Truck has had the steering gear box changed and the sector shaft diameter measures 1-1/2 inch-1-5/8 inch you will need to add part BDS082404 to your kit.
