2011-2016 F-150 3.5L EcoBoost Formline Turbo Manifolds (A0112A)

The Full-Race Formline Turbo Manifolds are a direct replacement for the failure-prone factory exhaust manifolds on the 2011–2016 Ford F-150 EcoBoost. OEM cast iron manifolds are known to warp, crack, and leak under high exhaust temperatures. Formline Turbo Manifolds address these shortcomings by being crafted from advanced 347 stainless steel, a material built to withstand exhaust temperatures up to 1740 degrees Fahrenheit (950 degrees Celsius) without warping or cracking. They feature a thicker, half-inch flange design for improved sealing strength. Beyond durability, these manifolds are engineered for performance with a 32 percent larger outlet and individually optimized 30mm runners, resulting in reduced backpressure, faster spool-up, and increased horsepower and torque throughout the powerband.
