2011-2016 F-150 3.5L Driver Side Exhaust Manifold (1043003)

The 2011-2016 Ford 3.5L EcoBoost engine has an inherent design flaw where the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) manifold does not utilize all available cylinder head stud locations, leading to warped exhaust manifolds, broken exhaust studs and blown manifold gaskets. The BD Diesel Exhaust Manifold (Driver Side) is a superior solution, designed to not only utilize all 11 stud locations but also improve exhaust flow and enhance durability. This manifold is made from thicker-walled high-silicon ductile iron to resist thermal warping. It utilizes 3 additional exhaust stud locations and includes 11 exhaust spacers and class 8.8 studs (15mm longer) designed to further improve thermal durability. This design results in an average flow increase of 25.9% over OEM.
