2011-2019 GM HD 6.5" FOX 2.5 Performance Conversion Kit (BDS727FDSC)

BDS is a game changer for your 2011-2019 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500 HD with this 6.5" suspension lift kit and FOX 2.5 Coil-Over conversion, with clearance for up to 37" tires. The high-clearance design improves ground clearance, strength, and offroad protection. Up front it uses FOX 2.5 coil-over shocks, heavy duty tubular upper control arms (1.5" OD x .120-wall, TIG welded, indexed ball joint cup for added down travel and camber adjustment), fully boxed and gusseted high strength lower control arms with greaseable ball joints, 1/4" thick high-arched steel crossmembers, multipiece differential relocation brackets, and heavy duty skid plates, with CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles, sway bar links, bump stop extensions, stainless brake lines, and CV spacers. The rear uses replacement lift blocks, a u-bolt flip kit for max clearance, and FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks.

Notes

• A torsion bar tool is required to unload the torsion bars.
• Requires frame bracket and differential modification.
• Minor welding is required for coil-over mount installation.
• Stock 17 inch & 18 inch wheels cannot be reinstalled.
• Stock 20 inch x 8.5 inch wheels with 6 inch backspacing or less will fit with a max tire size of 35x12.50.
• Models with two piece rear driveshaft may require carrier bearing drop kit (121612).
• Coilovers are preset for DIESEL engine models. Use on GAS engine models is not recommended due to providing too much lift; available preload adjustment is typically not enough to achieve desired ride height.
• Will NOT fit dually applications.
• 3 inch block will result in a slightly tail-low stance.
• 5 inch block will result in a level to slightly tail high stance and integrates a u-bolt flip kit with new spring plate.
