2011-2019 GM HD 3" FOX 2.5 Performance Conversion Kit (BDS723FDSC)

This BDS 3" lift kit with FOX 2.5 Coil-Over conversion is a game changer for your 2011-2019 Chevy Silverado / GMC Sierra 2500 HD, with clearance for up to 35" tires. In addition to replacing the factory torsion bars, the upper and lower control arms are upgraded: tubular uppers from 1.5" OD x .120-wall fully TIG-welded tubing with an indexed ball joint cup for added down travel and camber adjustment, and fully boxed, internally gusseted high-strength steel lowers. Up front it also uses multipiece differential relocation brackets and sway bar links. The rear uses replacement lift blocks, a u-bolt flip kit for max clearance and FOX 2.0 Performance shocks. The bolt-on FOX 2.5 remote-reservoir coil-overs are race-proven and tuned out of the box, available with optional Dual Speed Compression adjustment.

Notes

• Requires minor welding.
• Minor metal trimming may be required with 35x12.50R20 on 20x9 with 5-5.5 inch backspacing.
• Coilovers are preset for DIESEL engine models. Use on GAS engine models is not recommended due to providing too much lift; available preload adjustment is typically not enough to achieve desired ride height.
• Determine if your truck was built with or without top-mounted overload springs on the rear leaf springs.
• Factory 17 inch, 18 inch and 20 inch wheels cannot be reinstalled. See instructions for detailed wheel/tire fitment notes.
• Dually models require aftermarket 20 inch wheels with a max tire size of 285/60/20.
• Coilovers are preset to a 2 inch minimum lift height.
