Designed specifically for heavy-duty Silverado and Sierra trucks, this mounting kit features heavy-duty steel construction and a full-floating traction bar that controls axle wrap with adjustable dual-stage compression springs.

This kit enhances vehicle performance by reducing axle wrap while allowing full suspension articulation. It is fabricated from 2-inch diameter steel tubing with a 3/16-inch wall thickness, featuring a threaded bung near the axle and a CNC-machined frame end. The axle mount employs BDS’s ultra-durable large-forged flex end with a jam nut for secure installation. Flex ends include a forged housing with a 1-1/4 inch by 12 threaded shank, a single-sided snap ring, and a one-piece flex ball, allowing up to 15 degrees of misalignment. The frame end uses a durometer-specific polyurethane bushing and free floats within the traction bar utilizing dual-stage internal compression springs and UHMW polyurethane bearings. This design allows for bind-free performance across various lift heights and driving conditions, maintaining full suspension articulation to improve traction and handling on and off-road.
