Torsion Sway Bar

The 2.5" leveling system does not require sway bar geometry correction, but the Torsion Sway Bar is a major ride-quality upgrade. It lets the front suspension move freely without giving up control. Keep the factory bar only if you need its stiff rate (snow plow, in-bed camper, constant max-payload hauling).

Radius Arm Drop Bracket

The 2.5 Inch Carli Systems DO NOT require these. Lifting the front 2.5" and maxing the caster correction (adjusting the cam-bolts to the rear of their adjustment) will provide sufficient caster to reach the Ram recommended alignment spec. This may cause a slightly coil bow but it's perfectly operable. If you'd prefer to achieve a proper caster spec with the cam-bolt in the middle of its range and want to guarantee a straight, non-bowing coil, these Radius Arm Drop Brackets are the answer.

Leaf Spring Shackle

Much of the jarring 3500 rear ride comes from the factory vulcanized bushings in the leaf pack and shackle. The Carli shackle uses 1/4" American cold-rolled steel, a mid-length gusset to eliminate deflection, and serviceable bushings for a far better ride than the factory bind.

Low Mount Steering Stabilizer

Bolt in steering stabilizer replacing the OEM unit in the factory location. Adjustable from 70-200 psi to run neutral (no directional influence at 70psi) or at 200psi to counter the left-hand pull inherent to tires like Nitto Trail Grapplers.

The extra 0.5" shock diameter over the Backcountry provides increased control, making this the perfect middle ground between Backcountry and King-equipped systems.
