Description

The S&B Helmet Particle Separator is a high-performance air filtration system designed to provide off-road drivers with clean, dust-free air. Utilizing the same vortex separation technology employed by military helicopters, this system removes 99.36% of dust from the airflow before it ever reaches the filter. By ejecting dust particles through a dedicated scavenge fan, the system prevents the filter from clogging, ensuring a consistent and high-volume flow of fresh air to the helmet even in the most severe silt and dust conditions.

This system replaces traditional helmet blowers that often force dust into the helmet, leading to breathing difficulties and obscured vision. The S&B unit features a variable speed controller, allowing the driver to adjust the airflow to stay cool and comfortable. Its design prioritizes quiet operation and efficiency, maintaining a low amp draw while delivering superior protection for the driver’s respiratory system and clarity of vision during racing or recreational use.
