The Opti-Rate spring pack is the culmination of more than a decade of tuning leaf springs across every ride height, payload, and use case. Built-out Transits often suffer harsh bottom-out from the weight they carry, and traditionally springs had to be ordered to a specific weight and lift before the build was finished. Opti-Rate changes that with an industry-first tunable preload system, letting you dial in spring rate and ride height in one package, a true 'one size fits all' solution for builders, installers, and step-by-step DIYers.

• Industry-first tunable preload system adjusts both spring rate and ride height
• Three-part design: primary main springs, a 3-leaf secondary stage, and billet Adjustable Preload Spacers (APS) with stackable delrin pads
• Run no APS for the softest ride, one pad for a firmer mid setting, or two for maximum rate and ride height
• Preload can be changed with just a floor jack, socket wrench, and mallet, springs stay on the van

Important Notes

• Vans equipped with a factory rear sway bar require the Van Compass extended rear sway bar links, available here (part number 3067).
• These require truck freight to ship; a commercial address helps save on shipping costs.
• Progressive rate leaf springs operate differently to factory style parabolic leaf springs. Periodic maintenance, lubrication and deep cleaning may be necessary to maintain quiet, optimum operation.
