2017-2022 Superduty 4" Coil Spring Lift Kit w/ Falcon 3.3 Shocks (43-27440)

The ReadyLIFT 4-inch Coil Spring Suspension System is a new Super Duty lift kit offering that includes Tubular Radius Arms, a Falcon Dual Steering Stabilizer, and new Falcon 3.3 piggyback shocks. This system provides Super Duty owners with an excellent alternative for lifting their trucks to fit larger tires and delivers a head-turning stance with improved ground clearance. This 4-inch lift height is often considered the 'sweet spot' for Super Duty driving dynamics, maximizing tire size while maintaining everyday usefulness. The combination of specially engineered coil springs, Falcon 3.3 shocks, and a track bar relocation bracket makes this a performance and ride-enhancing kit.

Notes

• Towing capacity will remain the same as factory.
• Tremor versions will not gain the full 4 inches over stock ride height.
• The kit is intended for factory suspension and does not require upgrading leaf springs.

Compatibility Notes

• Kits are designed for diesel applications only.
• Not recommended for 2WD or gas trucks, including the Gas 7.3 model, due to differences in spring ratings.
• Only for use with diesel trucks with rear single-wheel only.
• Dually trucks can use the kit, but the DRW block kit must be purchased separately as the included blocks and U-bolts are for SRW trucks only.
• Single Cab configuration has not been validated for fitment and drivability by ReadyLIFT.

Tire Fitment

• Allows for up to 37-inch tall tires.
• Maximum tire size is 37 inches tall on 9-inch wide wheels with a +18 offset.
