The ReadyLIFT 4.0-inch Flat Rear Block Kit is an OEM-style rear suspension component designed for Ford Super Duty applications with a two-piece driveshaft. These blocks are constructed from fabricated steel, maintaining OEM quality and incorporating a flat design to correctly align the driveline. This kit restores a slight rake to the truck, enhancing its capability for hauling and towing, and is suitable for stock-height, leveled, or already lifted vehicles.

Notes

• Lift height achieved will vary depending on what factory block your truck currently has installed.
