2017-2022 Superduty Commuter 2-3" Lift Kit (CS-FLVL-COM-CS-17-GAS)

Needed to complete this build — skip only if your truck already has one installed. The Torsion Sway Bar is the engineered match for this kit — biggest single ride-quality upgrade you can make. The Frame Drop and Extended End Links keep your factory sway bar in service; pick those only if you're plowing snow, hauling an in-bed camper, or constantly loading to capacity.

The Commuter System has been optimized for use with the Full Progressive Leaf Springs. This system is also compatible with the Progressive Add-a-Packs but there will be a notable ride quality difference on and off-road. Add-a-Packs are NOT recommended for the F350 (or any F250 equipped with the High Capacity Tow or Tremor Package). Selecting "NO Rear Leaf Spring Selection" will result in an unknown ride quality and height result as all Carli Systems are optimized to either the Add-a-Pack or Progressive Leaf Springs.

Replaces the factory vulcanized-bushing shackle with greasable bronze bushings and ¼″ cold-rolled American steel. Far better ride, fully rebuildable, works with both factory and Carli springs. Much of the jarring ride of the Super Duty rear can be attributed to the factory vulcanized bushings in the leaf spring pack and shackle. The factory shackle is very strong BUT the design is not conducive to a smooth ride. The Carli shackle is constructed of 1/4″ American cold-rolled steel. The mid-length gusset ensures no deflection while the serviceable bushings offer a far superior ride to the bind of the factory bushings.

*OPTIONAL BUT RECOMMENDED* - When modifying the rear leaf springs (add-a-pack or Full Spring Pack) of the 2017+ Super Duty platform, there's a small chance you'll induce a driveline vibration around 70mph when under power from the rear driveline. These pinion shims will correct the angle to 4°-5°, ideal for our lifted applications. Although these will not be "required" on every truck, we've found the 4°-5° spec to be superior in our applications and these are FAR easier to install initially than correctively

Bolt-in replacement for the factory stabilizer. Adjustable 70-200 psi — run neutral or counter the right-hand pull of aggressive M/T tires like Toyo Mud Terrains. Stainless, leveled-and-lifted trucks only, not compatible with drop pitman arms. Bolt in replacement for the factory stabilizer. Adjustable from 70-200 psi to run neutral (no directional influence at 70psi) or at 200psi to counter the right-hand pull inherent to tires like Toyo Mud Terrains.

Bolt-in stabilizer with built-in differential guard. Run alone or paired with the High Mount for a dual-opposing setup that's infinitely adjustable. Counters left-hand pull from aggressive M/Ts like Nitto Trail Grapplers. Bolt in steering stabilizer which compliments a Carli, or factory, high mount stabilizer. Adjustable from 70-200 psi to run neutral (no directional influence at 70psi) or at 200psi to counter the left-hand pull inherent to tires like Nitto Trail Grapplers. Run in conjunction with the Carli High Mount for the ultimate Dual, Opposing Steering Stabilizer combination that's infinitely adjustable.

Direct bolt-in 3″ receiver rated to 16,000 lbs. Cranks your oversized spare out of the bed and into the factory location with a 3-way tie-down — up to 38″ tire. May require exhaust modification; uses ⅝″ × 4″ hitch pin. Get your over-sized spare out of your bed - crank it into the factory location and secure it with our 3-way tie-down with the Carli Trophy hitch. Boasting 16,000lbs. of capacity via the 3" hitch receiver, direct bolt in installation, and up to a 38" spare tire in the factory location!
