The 2017-2025 F-250/F-350 3.5-4” Recoil Traction Bar Kit by BDS Suspension is engineered to improve axle traction without limiting wheel travel on Ford Super Duty trucks. Featuring a full floating design with internal compression springs, it controls axle wrap and maintains suspension articulation for enhanced off-road performance.

This traction bar kit is constructed from 2-inch outer diameter, 3/16-inch wall steel tubing, ensuring strength and durability. It includes a threaded bung welded near the axle and a CNC-machined frame end for precise installation. The axle mount features BDS's robust large forged flex end and jam nut, incorporating a forged housing with a large 1-1/4-inch threaded shank, a single-sided snap ring, and a one-piece flex ball. These flex ends accommodate up to 15 degrees of misalignment in either direction. At the frame end, a durometer-specific polyurethane bushing and UHMW polyurethane bearings allow free-floating movement with dual-stage internal compression springs for smooth, bind-free operation. This kit supports a range of lift heights, making it a versatile upgrade for your Ford Super Duty's suspension system.
