The axle mount utilizes BDS's ultra-durable, large-forged flex end combined with a jam nut for secure attachment. The forged housing is equipped with a large 1-1/4 inch x 12 threaded shank, a single-sided snap ring, and a one-piece flex ball, permitting up to 15 degrees of misalignment in either direction — enhancing durability under extreme conditions.

At the frame end, the traction bar employs a durometer-specific polyurethane bushing allowing the bar to free float, supported by dual-stage internal compression springs and UHMW polyurethane bearings. This design ensures smooth operation and longevity while controlling axle wrap effectively.
