2017-2022 Super Duty 4.5" Lift Pathfinder System (CS-F45-PF-17)

Needed to complete this build — skip only if your truck already has one installed. The Pathfinder System has been optimized for use with the Torsion Sway Bar; this sway bar upgrade is a HUGE ride quality upgrade. Maintaining the factory sway bar through use of the Sway Bar Drops & Extended Link Kit is only recommended for customers with snow-plows, in-bed campers or who are constantly hauling to the capacity of the truck.

The Pathfinder System has been optimized for use with the Full Progressive Leaf Springs. This system is also compatible with the Progressive Add-a-Packs but there will be a notable ride quality difference on and off-road. Add-a-Packs are NOT recommended for the F350 (or any F250 equipped with the High Capacity Tow or Tremor Package). Selecting "NO Rear Leaf Spring Selection" will result in an unknown ride quality and height result as all Carli Systems are optimized to either the Add-a-Pack or Progressive Leaf Springs.

The factory shackle is very strong BUT the design is not conducive to a smooth ride. The Carli shackle is constructed of 1/4″ American cold-rolled steel. The mid-length gusset ensures no deflection while the serviceable bushings offer a far superior ride to the bind of the factory bushings. Much of the jarring ride of the Super Duty rear can be attributed to the factory vulcanized bushings in the leaf spring pack and shackle. Restores Factory capacity to reduced rate Carli Leaf Springs. Provides the best of both ends of the spectrum. Ride on Carli's soft-rate leaf springs when unloaded then air the bags up to level the chassis and support your load! Standard F250 will have 3.5" Axle Tube, High-Capacity Tow Package F250 will have 4". F350 will have 4" and Dualies will be 4.5". We ALWAYS recommend measuring your axle before ordering as the above are guidelines and should be confirmed prior to ordering!

Icing on the cake, these arms add Additional Tire Clearance, Limit Strap Protection for your Front Shocks, 1/4" Boxed Steel Constructions, Serviceable 17-4 Stainless Spherical Bearings and Adjustable Caster Correction up to 3.5° over stock specs to leave Death-Wobble in the rear-view.

Bolt-in replacement for the factory stabilizer. Adjustable 70-200 psi — run neutral or counter the right-hand pull of aggressive M/T tires like Toyo Mud Terrains. Stainless, leveled-and-lifted trucks only, not compatible with drop pitman arms. Bolt in replacement for the factory stabilizer. Bolt in steering stabilizer which compliments a Carli, or factory, high mount stabilizer. Adjustable from 70-200 psi to run neutral (no directional influence at 70psi) or at 200psi to counter the left-hand pull inherent to tires like Nitto Trail Grapplers. Run in conjunction with the Carli High Mount for the ultimate Dual, Opposing Steering Stabilizer combination that's infinitely adjustable.

Direct bolt-in 3″ receiver rated to 16,000 lbs. Cranks your oversized spare out of the bed and into the factory location with a 3-way tie-down — up to 38″ tire. May require exhaust modification; uses ⅝″ × 4″ hitch pin. Get your over-sized spare out of your bed - crank it into the factory location and secure it with our 3-way tie-down with the Carli Trophy hitch. Boasting 16,000lbs. of capacity via the 3" hitch receiver, direct bolt in installation, and up to a 38" spare tire in the factory location!
