2018-2025 Wrangler JL / Gladiator JT HD Steering Kit (8825-00)

Description

A complete bolt in replacement for the factory JL, JLU, and Gladiator steering that eliminates bent tie rods, constant re-centering, and death wobble. This 8825-00 kit pairs a 1.5 inch x .250 wall DOM drag link with a heat treated 1.5 inch 4130 chromoly tie rod and forged Synergy single plane tie rod ends for precise, durable steering on and off road.

• Drag link precision bent from 1.5" x .250 wall USA made DOM tubing
• Tie rod formed from 1.5" x .188 wall heat treated 4130 chromoly, significantly stronger than OEM
• Forged Synergy metal on metal tie rod ends with grease fittings and replaceable dust boots, single plane to eliminate drag link and tie rod flop
• Heavy duty tie rod bent to clear the sway bar mounts, differential cover, and pitman arm, and supports stabilizer and hydro assist applications
• Double Adjuster Sleeve and pinch bolt design allow alignment in the vehicle and prevent jam nut loosening
• Fully welded, sealed forged pinch bolt housings for corrosion resistance
• Two stage abrasion resistant powder coat finish for durability and corrosion resistance
• 100 percent bolt on installation with basic hand tools

Notes

• No additional requirements for installation in the stock location
• We do not recommend flipping the drag link for lifts less than 3 inches. High steer requires 3 inch bump stop spacers, a front track bar relocation bracket, and wheels with proper backspacing
• Compatible with right hand drive applications
• If reusing the stock steering stabilizer or a stabilizer with 1/2 inch mounting bolts, the Synergy 8807-03 Steering Stabilizer Relocation Kit is required
