Description

The Synergy Titan Series is the extreme duty steering upgrade for 2018 and newer JL, JLU, and Gladiator, engineered for lifted Jeeps, oversized tires, and hard trail use. This 8825-21 configuration runs a massive 1.75 inch heat treated 4130 chromoly Titan tie rod and DOM drag link with a Synergy tuned FOX 2.0 steering stabilizer, clamp, and mount stud.

• Drag link precision bent from 1.5" x .250 wall USA made DOM tubing
• Titan Series tie rod formed from 1.75" x .188 wall heat treated 4130 chromoly for extreme strength and reliability
• Forged Synergy metal on metal tie rod ends with grease fittings and replaceable dust boots, single plane to eliminate drag link and tie rod flop
• Heavy duty tie rod bent to clear the sway bar mounts, differential cover, and pitman arm, and supports stabilizer and hydro assist applications
• Double Adjuster Sleeve and pinch bolt design allow alignment in the vehicle and prevent jam nut loosening
• Includes a drag link flip adapter for high steer setups
• Two stage abrasion resistant powder coat finish for durability and corrosion resistance
• 100 percent bolt on installation with basic hand tools
• Includes a Synergy tuned FOX 2.0 steering stabilizer with clamp and mount stud

Notes

• No additional requirements for installation in the stock location
• We do not recommend flipping the drag link for lifts less than 3 inches. High steer requires 3 inch bump stop spacers, a front track bar relocation bracket, and wheels with proper backspacing
• Requires a maximum wheel backspacing of 4.5 inches
• Compatible with right hand drive applications
• If reusing the stock steering stabilizer or a stabilizer with 1/2 inch mounting bolts, the Synergy 8807-03 Steering Stabilizer Relocation Kit is required
