Designed specifically for trucks that already have a 5" lift kit installed. If you need to add a slight rake back into your pickup, the last thing you should be doing is stacking blocks, this can cause severe damage and is incredibly unsafe. ReadyLift offers a wide variety of rear lift blocks so you can safely add the appropriate amount of height to your truck. Based on OEM designs and made from cast iron, these blocks are durable, easy to install, and make a great tow package upgrade.

• 2 Rear Blocks with built-in anti-rotation ears

• 4" Lift total once 1.25" OEM blocks are removed

Notes

• ReadyLIFT recommends the use of the 67-3809 Rear Shock Extension Kit or longer shocks when using a lift block of this height. The 5" Rear Block Kit works great with the GM 6-lug 2.25" front leveling kits to achieve a mild lift stance with a slight rake.
• This GM 1500 kit is NOT COMPATIBLE with vehicles equipped with rear composite mono-leaf springs. The mono-leaf is easily identifiable the U-bolt is round/circular around the top of the leaf spring.
• This kit only works with vehicle equipped with traditional steel leaf springs identified by square U-bolts.
