This BDS Suspension indexing mount positions the transfer case on 2019-2024 Ram 2500/3500 diesel 4WD four-door trucks with manual lever-operated transfer cases when running taller lift kits, correcting the front output angle so the factory front driveshaft reinstalls without issues. Made from high-strength steel with a textured black powdercoat, it bolts to 6-bolt transmission-to-transfer case mounts and includes the shifter extension and hardware.
