These Carli full progressive rate leaf springs are a complete bolt-on replacement for your OEM springs and are designed for trucks with constant loads around 3,500 LBS in the bed, having a far heavier spring rate than the standard leaf spring, and operate with a much higher center of gravity, perfect for those who have campers or large tidy tanks. while offering smooth and comfortable street driving performance.

• NOT compatible with rear air ride
• For those with a consistent 3,500 lbs of bed load
• NOT COMPATIBLE with trucks equipped with factory rear air assist systems
• Carli recommends 2.5" Remote Reservoir Shocks & custom shock tuning for optimal control and ride quality. They do not have a tuning profile for the 2.5" Pintop, but they DO have a custom tuning profile to match these springs to the Dominator System

Overland with a large cab-over camper or build an off-road rescue rig, these XXHD leaf springs support a 3,500lb. constant bed-load.

Developed for the massive, flagship, off-road race-rescue truck, we’ve sold these springs to many customers with custom flat-beds and large, fixed campers. So long as you’re around the 6,500lb. rear axle weight (confirmed on certified scale), these will be the perfect means of suspending your adventure rig!

As with the XHD springs, these will have a custom-order lead time AND we recommend a minimum of a 2.5″ Remote Reservoir shock to support the massive spring rates and load capacity of these springs. Unfortunately, we do not have these tuning profiles for the Ram – we’ll need to get a local truck with these springs in to develop this tune for the XHD, time permitting. If you have a local shock tuner that can dial these in, that would be ideal.
