2020-2022 Superduty 5" Lift Kit with FOX 2.0 Performance Shocks (BDS1550FS)

BDS 5" radius arm lift kit for Ford Super Duty gas trucks, with clearance for up to 37" tires. Up front are gasoline-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, heavy-duty replacement radius arms that correct caster, a forged drop pitman arm and track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation, brake line brackets, and nitrogen charged shocks. The rear uses a fabricated lift block, longer u-bolts, brake line brackets, and NX2 Nitro or FOX Performance shocks.

Notes

• Ford recommends replacing the pitman arm nut after each removal
• If installed on a truck with a top-mounted overload spring, an overload spacer block taller than 1-1/8" (UBT4027, Qty 4) is required
• Front exhaust modification may be required to clear the front driveshaft (gas only)
• Use a small pitman arm puller to remove the drag link joint and steering stabilizer taper
• If equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft, a Carrier Bearing Drop Kit may be required (BDS123402)
• Due to taller factory ride height, Tremor models will not net the full advertised lift; final height matches standard models
• Larger tires on stock wheels are not recommended due to brake line clearance; use the recommended wheel and tire fitment specs
• Minor trimming may be necessary for 37x12.50 tires on certain wheel setups
• Installation requires a torque wrench capable of 405 ft-lbs
• Some trucks with rear driveline vibration may have Ford Safety Recall 21S31; BDS recommends having it performed before installing the lift
