2020-2025 GM HD 2" Front Leveling Kit w/ Forged Torsion Key (66-30200)

ReadyLIFT offers a heavy-duty adjustable leveling kit engineered specifically for the 2020-2025 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500/3500 HD trucks. General Motors made changes to the torsion bar suspension on these models, requiring ReadyLIFT to develop a new leveling solution designed to function and install properly on the new platform. This dedication to professional engineering and manufacturing has resulted in an adjustable forged torsion key system that maintains a comfortable ride while providing clearance for up to 35-inch tires. The kit features industry-leading forged torsion keys with indexing specific to the 2020-2025 GM HD platform. The resulting lift is approximately 2 inches, maintaining factory ride and handling.

Notes

• The kit does not work with AT4X or ZR2 models.
• Installation requires a torsion key unloading tool (ReadyLIFT tool 66-7822B or similar).
• Do not exceed 26 inches from the wheel center to the fender edge when setting the adjustment bolt, as exceeding this will overlift the vehicle, resulting in poor ride quality and premature wear.

Compatibility Notes

• The leveling kit works with trucks equipped with either OE factory torsion keys #84461807 or #84634344.
• Tire Fitment Note: ReadyLIFT wheel and tire fitment recommendations are typically based on specific brands; consult your local installer regarding tire fitment for your application.
• Silverado and Sierra models may have different fender well opening sizes; some minor trimming may be required depending on true tire size and design.
