Description

The factory plastic oil pan on the 3.0L EcoBoost holds back dirty oil and sludge at every oil change, which then contaminates the fresh oil. PPE's cast aluminum pan is shaped for complete drainage, so each change starts clean.

Cast from A356.0-T6 aluminum, it adds 1.9 quarts of oil capacity. External cooling fins pull heat out of the oil and stiffen the pan, and internal baffles cut sloshing for consistent pickup while forming a cross-braced structure with the fins. A stainless drain plug with a high-temperature neodymium magnet catches ferrous debris.
