2020-2025 GM HD 6.5" Lift Kit with NX2 Nitro Shocks (BDS753H)

This BDS 6.5" lift kit takes your 2020-2025 Chevy Silverado / GMC Sierra 2500 HD 4WD to the next level, with clearance for up to 38" tires. BDS uses a No Torsion Bar Drop System, mounting the torsion bars to the top of the lower a-arm to maximize ground clearance. Up front it runs torsion bar relocation brackets, high-arched 1/4" steel crossmembers, multipiece differential relocation brackets, HD skid plates and CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles, plus sway bar drops and stainless brake lines. The rear uses replacement lift blocks, u-bolts, and brake line and ABS line relocation brackets to retain the factory lines. This kit ships with NX2 Nitro shocks: nitrogen-charged twin-tube design with 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving.

Notes

• For DRW models, use the w/ overload rear lift option.
• Requires frame bracket modification.
• Torsion bar tool required to load/unload torsion bars; the GM-specified tool is #CH48809.
• Models with two-piece rear driveshafts will require a carrier bearing drop kit.
• Factory 17-18 inch wheels cannot be reinstalled due to tie rod end interference; stock 20 inch wheels can be reinstalled with up to a 35x12.50 tire.
• Vehicles regularly used in 4WD on the highway could experience a minor front driveline vibration; if so, replace the front driveshaft with a dual Cardan style driveshaft.
• Do not install this system in conjunction with any type of torsion bar lift keys to achieve more than the tested 6.5 inch lift height.
• Some minor trim will be required with certain wheel/tire combinations (typically the bottom edge of the inner fender shrouds and/or lower corner of front bumper valance). Deeper backspacing and shorter/narrower tires reduce trimming.
