2021-2025 F-150 4" Lift Kit (BDS1583FSR)

Increase the capability of the 2021-2025 Ford F150 with this BDS 4" lift kit running FOX 2.0 coil-over struts, clearing up to 35" tires. Up front it uses FOX 2.0 strut shocks, high-arched 1/4" steel crossmembers, differential relocation brackets and a skid plate, plus CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles that correct steering geometry and keep ESC compatible. The rear runs fabricated lift blocks and longer u-bolts with NX2 Nitro or optional FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks. The FOX 2.0 struts are a direct bolt-in replacement retaining the OE coil spring and top plate.

Notes

• 18" or larger diameter wheels are required. Stock 17" and 18" wheels cannot be re-installed. Stock 20" wheels can be used with up to a 305/60R20 tire.
• 18" wheels with 5-5.5" backspacing should be test fit prior to mounting the tire to ensure clearance to the steering knuckle/tie rod. 5.5" backspacing is highly recommended for tire-to-frame crash bar clearance.
• Models with 2-piece rear driveshaft WILL require carrier bearing shim kit 122406 (not included).
• Block kits replace the factory 1-1/4" block. The stock block will not be reinstalled.
• Crash bars may require modification based on wheel and tire choice. It is the end user's responsibility to ensure modifications are non-detrimental to vehicle safety.
• Does NOT fit diesel models.
• Tremor models: only the 3-1/4" rear block is recommended. Larger blocks cause driveline vibration. Expected rake is 1" with the new block installed. Factory block provides a slight tail low stance if desired.
• Some trucks with a 2-piece driveshaft may have a Ford recall on the rear driveshaft (Safety Recall 21S25). BDS recommends having this performed prior to installing the lift.
• This system has not been tested on models equipped with Ford BlueCruise.
• Will not work with models with CCD (Continuous Controlled Damping).
• Requires frame bracket modification.
