2021-2025 F-150 4" Lift Kit with FOX 2.0 Performance Shocks (BDS1902FSR)

Increase the capability of your 2021-2025 Ford F-150 with this BDS 4" lift kit with clearance for up to 35" tires. Up front the kit uses FOX 2.0 strut shocks, 1/4" thick high-arched steel crossmembers, multipiece differential relocation brackets, a skid plate, and CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles with sway bar relocation brackets, brake line brackets, and alignment cam bolts. The rear uses high-strength fabricated lift blocks and longer u-bolts with NX2 Nitro or optional FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks. The FOX 2.0 coil-over struts feature a 2.0" machined 6061-T6 aluminum body, internal floating piston to eliminate oil aeration, and a 5/8" hard chrome plated alloy shaft, retaining the OE coil spring and top plate.

Notes

• 18 inch or larger diameter wheels required. Stock 17 inch and 18 inch wheels cannot be re-installed. Stock 20 inch wheels can be used with up to a 305/60R20 Tire.
• 18 inch wheels with 5-5.5 inch backspacing should be test fit prior to mounting the Tire to ensure proper clearance to the steering knuckle/tie rod. 5.5 inch backspacing is highly recommended for Tire to frame crash bar clearance.
• Models with 2-piece rear driveshaft WILL require carrier bearing shim kit 122406 (not included w/ kit)
• Block kits replace factory 1-1/4 inch block. Stock block will not be reinstalled.
• Crash bars may require modification based on wheel and Tire choice. It is the end users responsibility to ensure modifications are non-detrimental to vehicle safety.
• Does NOT fit diesel models.
• Tremor models: only the 3-1/4 inch rear block is recommended. Larger blocks cause driveline vibration. Expected rake is 1 inch with new block installed. Factory block provides slight tail low stance if desired
• Some trucks with a 2 piece drive shaft may have a recall from Ford regarding the rear driveshaft. (Safety Recall 21S25) Due to the recall procedure, BDS recommends to have this performed prior to installing the lift.
• This system has not been tested on models equipped with Ford BlueCruise.
• Will not work with models with CCD (Continuous Controlled Damping)
• Requires frame bracket modification.
