Its full float design delivers bind-free performance and fits a range of lift heights. Fabricated from 2-inch OD by 3/16-inch wall steel tubing, the axle mount includes BDS’s ultra-durable large-forged flex end and jam nut. The flex ends feature a forged housing with a large 1-1/4-inch x 12 threaded shank, a single-sided snap ring, and a one-piece flex ball offering up to 15 degrees of misalignment in either direction. At the frame end, the bar uses a durometer-specific polyurethane bushing and free floats on the traction bar using dual-stage internal compression springs and UHMW polyurethane bearings, ensuring smooth and reliable operation under demanding conditions.
