The 2021-2025 F-150 4WD Recoil Traction Bar Mounting Kit enhances your Ford F150's traction without limiting wheel travel. Designed with heavy wall construction and internal compression springs, this kit controls axle wrap and provides bind-free performance throughout the full suspension articulation range.

Fabricated from 2-inch OD x 3/16-inch wall steel tubing, the mounting kit features a threaded bung welded near the axle and a CNC-machined end at the frame. The axle mount includes BDS's large-forged flex end with a jam nut, utilizing a forged housing with a large threaded shank, single sided snap ring, and 1-piece flex ball to allow up to 15 degrees of misalignment in any direction. At the frame end, the bar uses a durometer specific polyurethane bushing and freely floats within the traction bar with a pair of dual-stage internal compression springs and UHMW polyurethane bearings. This design supports reliable traction improvements and robust durability for your vehicle.
