2021-2025 F-150 6" Lift Kit (BDS1961H)

BDS 6" suspension lift for the 2021-2025 Ford F150 factory equipped with CCD (Continuously Controlled Damping) with clearance for up to 37" tires. The high-clearance design corrects suspension and steering geometry while improving ground clearance and offroad protection. Up front it uses 1/4" thick high-arched steel crossmembers, top mounted strut spacers, multipiece differential relocation brackets, a skidplate, CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles, sway bar relocation brackets, brake line brackets, and alignment cam bolts. In the rear it uses high strength fabricated lift blocks and longer u-bolts plus shock relocation brackets to maintain the factory CCD shocks.

Notes

• Will not work with aftermarket Upper Control Arm kits that do not have provisions for both driver and passenger side ride height sensors.
• 18 inch or larger diameter wheels required. Stock 17 inch and 18 inch wheels cannot be re-installed. Stock 20 inch wheels can be used with up to a 305/60R20 tire.
• 18 inch wheels with 5-5.5 inch backspacing should be test fit prior to mounting the tire to ensure proper clearance to the steering knuckle/tie rod. 5.5 inch backspacing is highly recommended for tire to frame crash bar clearance.
• Models with 2-piece rear driveshaft WILL require carrier bearing shim kit 122406 (not included).
• Block replaces the factory 1-1/4 inch block; stock block will not be reinstalled.
• Crash bars may require modification based on wheel and tire choice; it is the end user's responsibility to ensure modifications are non-detrimental to vehicle safety.
• Does NOT fit diesel models.
• Will not work with Tremor models.
• Some trucks with a 2-piece drive shaft may have a Ford recall (Safety Recall 21S25); BDS recommends having it performed prior to installing the lift.
• This system has not been tested on models equipped with Ford BlueCruise.
