Shock Features

These FOX 2.0 Performance Series coil-over struts bring impressive damper performance for a great ride on-road and off-road capability, designed as a direct bolt-in replacement for the factory strut assemblies while retaining the OE coil spring and top plate. They feature a 2.0 inch extruded and machined 6061 T6 aluminum body for better heat dispersion, along with an internal floating piston (IFP) to eliminate oil aeration, FOX's proprietary internals, and a 5/8 inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy shaft.

Crossmember Features

BDS maximizes ground clearance with heavy-duty 1/4 inch thick laser-cut perfect-fit crossmembers. Paired with a front skid plate system that bolts together to create a rigid subframe while adding extra protection.

Steering Knuckle Features

BDS corrects steering geometry at the new taller ride height using a pair of high-strength, CNC machined ductile cast iron steering knuckles, designed to work with replacement tie rod ends to maintain steering angles for proper function and ESC compatibility.

Manufacturer Description

This kit includes everything necessary to set your F150 up right with clearance for up to 37 inch tires, using BDS's tried and true high-clearance design for improved ground clearance, strength, and off-road protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry for great on-road handling.

Up front the kit uses FOX 2.0 strut shocks, high-arched 1/4 inch thick steel crossmembers, multi-piece differential relocation brackets, and a skid plate designed for off-road protection. Steering geometry is corrected at the new taller ride height with a pair of CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles. These combine with the provided sway-bar relocation brackets, brake-line brackets, alignment cam bolts, and supplied hardware for a comprehensive front suspension lift. In the rear BDS uses high-strength fabricated lift blocks and longer u-bolts to lift and level the stance, along with NX2 Nitro or FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks.
