The Full-Race Formline Turbo Manifolds for the third-generation 2021-2024 Ford F-150 and Raptor 3.5L EcoBoost are designed to eliminate the weakness of the factory exhaust castings. While stock manifolds are known to warp, crack, and restrict flow under high heat and boost, these manifolds replace the OEM parts with precision-engineered 347 stainless steel. The Formline design improves exhaust flow, enhances turbo response, and drastically increases long-term durability while retaining OEM fitment and emissions compliance. They are engineered to provide smoother power delivery, faster spool-up, and consistent reliability for a stronger foundation, even when chasing maximum power.
