2023-2025 Superduty 5" FOX 2.5 Coilover Conversion Kit (BDS2244FPE)

Upgrade your 2023-2025 Ford F250/F350 Super Duty diesel with this 5" radius arm lift kit and FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coil-over conversion from BDS, with clearance for up to 37" tires. Up front it includes diesel-specific FOX 2.5 coil-over shocks, heavy-duty tubular replacement radius arms with caster adjustment, a forged drop pitman arm and track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation, and brake line brackets. The rear uses a high-strength fabricated lift block, longer u-bolts, brake line brackets, and a matching set of FOX shocks.

The FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks include a remote reservoir for added fluid capacity and cooling, plus Dual Speed Compression adjustment offering 10 low-speed and 12 high-speed settings to dial in for any terrain.

Notes

• Vehicles with radius arm mounted ride height sensors will require BDS123303
• Ford recommends replacement of the pitman arm nut each time it has been removed
• Use a small pitman arm puller to remove the drag link joint and steering stabilizer taper
• If your truck is equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft, a Carrier Bearing Drop Kit may be required: BDS123402
• Due to the taller factory ride height, Tremor models will not net full advertised lift height. Final ride height will be the same as standard models
• Larger tires on stock wheel are not recommended due to interference with brake line, radius arm and sway bar; use recommended specs in the wheel and tire fitment section
• Minor trimming may be necessary for clearance of 37x12.50 tires on certain wheel setups
• Installation requires a torque wrench capable of 406 ft-lbs
• Trucks without top mounted overload springs will require (4) UBT4028
• Vehicles with leaf spring ride height sensors must select the rear block option
