2023-2025 Superduty 5" FOX 2.5 Coilover Conversion Kit (BDS2203FPE)

Upgrade your 2023-2025 Ford F250/F350 Super Duty diesel dually with this BDS Suspension 5" radius arm lift kit and FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coil-over conversion, with clearance for up to 37" tires. Up front it runs the FOX 2.5 coil-overs, heavy-duty tubular radius arms with caster adjustment, a forged drop pitman arm and track bar drop bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation and brake line brackets. The FOX 2.5 shocks add a remote reservoir for cooling and a Dual Speed Compression adjuster with 10 low-speed and 12 high-speed settings. The rear uses a high-strength fabricated lift block, longer u-bolts, brake line brackets and matching FOX shocks.

Notes

• Vehicles with radius arm mounted ride height sensors require BDS123303.
• Ford recommends replacing the pitman arm nut each time it is removed.
• Use a small pitman arm puller to remove the drag link joint and steering stabilizer taper.
• Trucks with a 2-piece rear driveshaft may require carrier bearing drop kit BDS123402.
• Due to taller factory ride height, Tremor models will not net full advertised lift; final ride height matches standard models.
• Larger tires on stock wheels are not recommended due to interference with brake line, radius arm and sway bar. Use the specs in the wheel and tire fitment section.
• Minor trimming may be necessary for clearance of 37x12.50 tires on certain wheel setups.
• Installation requires a torque wrench capable of 406 ft-lbs.
• Trucks without top-mounted overload springs require (4) UBT4028.
• Vehicles with leaf spring ride height sensors must select the rear block option.
