2023-2025 Superduty 5" Lift Kit with FOX 2.0 Performance Shocks (BDS2204FS)

Improve the ride on your 2023-2025 Ford Super Duty gas truck with this BDS Suspension 5" radius arm lift kit, with clearance for up to 37" tires. Up front it runs gas-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, heavy-duty tubular radius arms with caster adjustment, a forged drop pitman arm and track bar drop bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation, brake line brackets and tuned FOX 2.0 Performance shocks. The rear uses a high-strength fabricated lift block, longer u-bolts, brake line brackets and matching shocks.

Notes

• Not compatible with trucks equipped with radius arm mounted ride height sensors.
• Ford recommends replacing the pitman arm nut each time it is removed.
• Use a small pitman arm puller to remove the drag link joint and steering stabilizer taper.
• Trucks with a 2-piece rear driveshaft may require carrier bearing drop kit BDS123402.
• Due to taller factory ride height, Tremor models will not net full advertised lift; final ride height matches standard models.
• Larger tires on stock wheels are not recommended due to interference with brake line, radius arm and sway bar. Use the specs in the wheel and tire fitment section.
• Minor trimming may be necessary for clearance of 37x12.50 tires on certain wheel setups.
• Installation requires a torque wrench capable of 406 ft-lbs.
• Trucks without top-mounted overload springs require (4) UBT4028.
• Some F250/350 factory options increase the main leaf pack from 2 to 3 leaves (top overload options only). Verify your leaf spring configuration and choose the appropriate option.
