Description

The 2026 Transit 350HD earns its payload rating, but the rear end still squats once the shelving, the tools and the load are in it. Pacbrake's ALPHA HD air springs put the support back, so the van sits level, steers predictably and stops bottoming out on the rough stuff.

Up to 5,000 lbs of load leveling capacity suits cargo and cutaway vans, camper conversions, service vans and anything that runs heavy year round. No drilling, and the factory suspension stays where it is.

This is the PRO S version: the air springs carry an internal flexible polyurethane bumper that stops the bag bottoming out if it loses pressure, and lets you run at 0 psi unloaded for factory ride comfort. Every fastener, fitting, valve and roll plate is stainless, and the air lines are braided stainless. Jounce bumpers do reduce bag travel, so if you need maximum travel for off road use, launching boats or dropping the rear to hitch a trailer, choose the HP10735 kit instead.
